This is a personalised naturopathic consultation designed to help you better understand your health, identify priorities, and create a practical plan moving forward.

Whether you're experiencing digestive issues, fatigue, hormonal imbalances, stress, weight changes, skin concerns, or simply want to improve your overall wellbeing, this consultation provides a personalised and practical approach to help you move forward with confidence.

During your consultation we will discuss your health history, current symptoms, diet, lifestyle, stress, sleep and any relevant test results.

The goal is to identify key priorities and provide practical recommendations that are realistic and achievable.

Recommendations may include:

• Nutrition and dietary guidance

• Lifestyle recommendations

• Practitioner only supplements where appropriate

• Herbal medicine recommendations where appropriate

• Functional testing recommendations if required

Recommendations, education and guidance are provided during the consultation, allowing you to leave with a clear understanding of your next steps.

Recommendations, education and guidance are provided during your consultation.

If you would like a personalised written program, consultation summary or additional written notes prepared after your appointment, this can be provided at an additional cost of $100 per hour.

• Protective goggles will be provided
• Your session is divided between front and back exposure
• The treatment is gentle, calming and designed to promote relaxation without excessive heat

Please allow approximately 15 minutes for your first session, and up to 30 minutes for future appointments.
